Sharon Ryan

Sharon Ryan, Director of Customer Experience, began her career in telecom with Allnet which eventually became Global Crossing.  She held a senior management position for two operation sites; St. Louis and Denver.  She later took a Senior Management position over Customer Care with Level3 before joining the SCI team.

Sharon served in the Air Force for 8 years and Air National Guard for 12 year before retiring as a Tech Sargeant.

A mother of one son, Sharon enjoys traveling,volunteering for local charity groups, and to stay active with bike riding and kickboxing.
